This year there has been a massive rise in awareness across the globe on the topics of accessibility and digital inclusion. Organisations are starting to realise that they cannot afford to exclude a large part of their market because they are unable to access their technology solution. Dr Vivienne Conway is at the forefront of the change that is coming – she is showing industry and government the way, helping, advising, directing and changing them. She has carried a storm of digital disruption in her hands and it will wash away the complacency that came before. #BeWhatsNext
